How can I integrate my products into TaHoma® if I accidentally deleted them ?
When you connect your io products to our TaHoma® smart home solution, a security key is generated. This key is stored in your TaHoma® and in your product.
If you accidentally remove a product from TaHoma®, it no longer recognises the security key. This means that your TaHoma® can no longer find the product if you want to re-integrate it.
To remove the security key from your TaHoma® engine, please proceed as follows:
- Carry out a double voltage interruption by removing the motor from the power supply for 3 seconds. Then take 10 seconds to power again. Disconnect again for 3 seconds.
- Select the system settings on your TaHoma® PC interface.
- Proceed as if you want to learn a new product into your TaHoma®. Instead of a hand-held transmitter, select the functions "Search without hand-held transmitter".
After that your product will be integrated once again integrated in TaHoma®.
