My heating system does not react to orders sent from the Somfy thermostatic valve io and from my TaHoma® application.
Even if the application is correctly configured, If you cannot control your heating system via TaHoma® or thermostatic valve, please perform the following checks:
- Make sure your TaHoma® is properly connected.
- Make sure you have chosen the right adapter and associated accessories.
- Make sure that the end of races limits search has been completed. If the end of races limits search does not work, then a cross icon will appear on the valve.
