There are some limitations when using Android or iOS widgets (that are linked to iOS and Android guidelines):​

• The status of devices cannot be displayed (open/closed)​
• Dimming actions cannot be operated through a widget (for lighting and tilting) ​
• The "Stop" button cannot be used from a Widget​
• For Android users only: the compatibility with temperature and humidity sensors is limited: the status is updated once every hour only (which is why security sensors are not compatible)​

The following devices cannot be used as widgets:​

• Doorlocks ​
• Heating products​
• Alarms and cameras​
• Sonos​
• For iOS users: all sensors ​
• For Android: security sensors (opening, motion, etc.)
